Payment is due in full before services or products are delivered unless otherwise agreed in writing or on our website has additional option to choose.

4. Delivery of Products
Physical products will be shipped within Switzerland. Delivery times and costs will be communicated during the ordering process. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Later cancellations may incur fees.
Products:
Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt, in unused and original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
